Can Administrators delete a User? (VIDEO)

Yes, they can in the User Settings.

Yes, an Administrator can delete a User from the Manage Users menu. When a User is deleted, their past screenings are retained securely for your records. 

If a User is accidentally Deleted, you can quickly restore their account using the following steps:

  1. In your Settings, go to Manage Users
  2. Click on the Blue Funnel Button on the right side of the screen
  3. Under the Status Filter, Select 'Deleted'
  4. Locate the Deleted User and Select their Name
  5. Select Restore
