Yes, you can ask them to select the 'Company Name' then they can skip to login and complete their screening questions and submit them before they arrive.
If you have Areas enabled, once they arrive, they can use the hamburger menu in their Daily Screening Pass to navigate to the 'Area Selector' and choose a location.
