You can edit a single product or multiple items in your catalog.
To edit a single product, you would click on it and select view/edit. From here it will bring up the product modal and you can change any of the information that you like. Once you've completed your changes you would hit update product.
If you want to update multiple items at a time you would just go back to Catalog importer and you can re-import your catalog with the updates included. You have to ensure that the SKU number stays the same, if you change the SKU number it will create a brand new product so be mindful of that.
