      My Employee, Visitor, or Guest is having difficulty logging in.

      See the troubleshooting tips.

      Some troubleshooting tips for this issue are: 

      1. Verify that their information is correct in their user profile.

      2. Ask the user to clear their browser history, then try logging in again. 

      3. Have the user reset their password. 

      4. Have the administrator enter a temporary password for the user.
