Since screening requirements can vary across regions, we recommend that clients follow the recommendations as set by Provincial/Federal health agencies.  Alternatively, we encourage clients to contact their local Public Health Department for specific information. 

Yes, the questionnaire can be modified at any time and you can include information specific to your business needs.

All information is encrypted on AWS servers. Only the assigned System Administrator can access records at any time.  You are in control of your own data and can decide when to delete records.
